Three highly-skilled, creative supermarket cake decorators vied for top honors as they demonstrated their decorating skills and creative talents in IDDBA's 20th Annual Cake Decorating Challenge.
The three-day contest began with creating enough production cakes to fill one multi-tiered, 8' bakery case. Day two was devoted to the design of a wedding cake. On the last day, each contestant decorated three cakes, one from each category: special occasion, IDDBA show theme, and decorator's choice.
Contestants received an all-expense paid trip to Atlanta, gifts, trophies, bragging rights, and publicity.
